INVITATION FOR SUBMISSIONS
We want your participation and input for the HEMS and Air Ambulance Community!
Safety and quality of our services not solely depend on regulations, standards, and guidelines. Learning from complex missions through case-based studies and sharing best practices are crucial for the continuous improvement of HEMS and Air Ambulance services.
Therefore, we are issuing this Invitation for Submissions for the AirMed World Congress 2026.
We aim to create two sessions focused on:
- Case Reports: Presenting exciting learning aspects from real missions
- Best Practices: Demonstrating valuable practices to share within the community
We welcome short lectures with a maximum duration of 8 minutes, followed by a 4-minute discussion. If you have insights to share, please apply with a brief informal abstract highlighting the key points and the core message.
Application deadline: April 30, 2026
The programme committee will review submissions and notify the applicants about acceptance by end of May.
Speakers will receive a 50% reduction on the congress ticket as a token of appreciation.
