From September 16 to 19, 2026, approximately 800 participants in Munich can expect over 160 presentations, 85 workshops, and 15 panel discussions – distributed across two venues.

Please note the following important information:
- Each participant must attend the workshops on ADAC Luftrettung campus for minimum half a day.
- Please note that events are taking place in parallel at both locations.
- The Workshops on Thursday and Friday take place at ADAC Luftrettung Campus (Address: ADAC Luftrettung gGmbH, Claude-Dornier-Str. 420, 82234 Weßling)
- Please note that Thursday’s workshops will be repeated on Friday.
- Don’t miss our optional Saturday programme on 19 September 2026, offering additional courses, practical training and unique learning opportunities.
- Shuttle service between Bergson / Langwied S-Bahn and the ADAC Luftrettung Campus at the start and end of each workshop block. Please note: no transfers in between. You will receive detailed transfer times in advance.
